Kropp specializes in Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs), Phase II and III subsurface investigations (SIs), and remedial investigations. Our staﬀ has over thirty years of experience assessing and investigating environmental conditions at residential, commercial, industrial, and brownﬁelds properties impacted by releases of petroleum products and hazardous materials. Our Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) has worked on verifications for numerous sites under the Connecticut Property Transfer Program and has thorough knowledge of the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection Remediation Standard Regulations criteria. Our ﬁeld staﬀ are skilled at screening media using ﬁeld instruments and collecting representative soil and groundwater samples in accordance with standard quality assurance and quality control parameters. Kropp provides our clients with environmental site assessment, subsurface investigation, and veriﬁcation reports that are clear and concise and supported by tables, ﬁgures and attachments.
