Kropp’s staff has extensive experience remediating soil and groundwater at a wide variety of sites, ranging from small residential properties to multi-acre industrial facilities. Remedial approaches have included active technologies such as excavation and disposal, groundwater pump-and-treat, air-sparging and soil-vapor extraction, in-situ chemical oxidation, and in-situ bioremediation, and more passive or administrative methods, such as monitored natural attenuation, and the recordation of environmental land use restrictions limiting the risk of exposure to contaminants at an impacted property.
